What stays on your device
Fare inputs, trip logs, and trial state use browser storage (including IndexedDB and localStorage) on your device. We do not operate a MyTaxi account system that receives your trip history.
What the servers see
Like most static sites, hosting and CDN logs may include IP address, user agent, and requested URLs. We use Cloudflare Pages for hosting.
Maps and third parties
The map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap tile servers and Leaflet from a public CDN. Those services receive standard network requests when you use the map. Fonts may load from Google Fonts.
Ads and affiliates
We show modest Google AdSense units (publisher ca-pub-9872037945899591). AdSense may use cookies or device signals per Google's policies. Some product links use Awin affiliate tracking (affid 2055499). We do not sell your trip log — it never leaves your browser through our code.
Payments
Driver subscriptions use PayFast when merchant keys are configured. If keys are absent, checkout shows as coming online. PayFast's privacy terms apply to payment data you submit there.
